6th- 8th Grade classes will be held on Tuesday, October 5th, from 4:30-5:00 

Sacramental Preparation Classes (second year)

3rd-12th Grade classes are held on Tuesday, October 5th, from 4:30-5:00 pm

RCIA adapted for Children 

7-year-olds- 10-year-olds Classes will be on Mondays from 4:30-5:30 pm 

11-year-olds- 17-year-olds, Classes will be on Mondays from 6:30-7:30

Welcome Back !!!!!   

We are excited to inform you that we will have classes in person. We will continue with all COVID guidelines. According to the current CDC guidelines, all participants over the age of two years old are to use face-covering. We will continue to sanitized and clean areas that are being used. 

This year children will have individual bags with their materials.

Requirements for admission to classes in Preparation for Holy Communion :

*Child must have had two years of Religious Education and be in the third grade or higher. 

*If from another parish, a letter of permission/ transcript from the Pastor or the Director of Religious Education must be submitted to St. Junipero Serra. 

*Children must attend Mass every week. No EXCEPTIONS! 

* Parents will have to participate in events and Sessions during the school year.          

The Catholic Communities of Saint Junipero Serra Church and Our Lady of the Snows, along with the Diocese of San Bernardino, believe that your child's religious education and faith formation are joint ventures between parents/guardians and the Catechists of our Parishes.

To keep our children safe and comply with the Diocese of San Bernardino, it will be necessary for you to escort your child/youth into the classroom each week. This applies to all K thru 8th-grade students. Also, at the end of their session, you will have to go into the classroom to pick them up. This may be an inconvenience to you; however, we want to keep our students safe. When picking up your child/youth, please do not park in front of the church; park in a designated area, and go into their classroom. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Las Comunidades Católicas de San Junípero Serra y Nuestra Señora de las Nieves junto con la Diócesis de San Bernardio, creemos que la educación religiosa y formación de la fe de sus hijos es una colaboracion entre los padres/guardianes y los catequistas de nuestras Parroquias.

Para mantener a nuestros hijos seguros y estar en conformidad con la Diócesis de San Bernardino, será necesario que ustedes escolten a sus hijos a su salón de clases. Esto aplica a todos los estudiantes de K hasta el 8° grado. También, al final de la sesión, ustedes tendrán que ir al salon para recoger a su hijo(a). Esto quizás sea un inconveniente para ustedes; pero nosotros queremos mantener a nuestros estudiantes seguros. Cuando recoja a su hijo, por favor NO se estacione en frente de la iglesia, estaciónese en el área asignada y vaya a su salón. Gracias por su comprensión y coorperación.

The Parishes of Saint Junipero Serra and Our Lady of the Snows Church have been mandated by the Diocese to educate your child(ren) in different safety areas. Again we will be using the VIRTUS training.
